I mean, it seems disgraceful to even hear the case, after so thorough a debunking as lower courts have supplied. Are you so petty that it must be you who rule on this “unprecedented” question? Is it some “noble concern” that unless such a question is HEARD AND decided by only the highest AUTHORITY on the subject of law?
